LICORICE

Licorice grows well in hot and semi-wet conditions. The exquisite flavor and aroma of Western Asian licorice is the result of certain climate and soil conditions. We assure you that the glycyrrhizin content of our licorice is high enough to meet our customers’ needs regarding this product. We supply our customers in the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries with our excellent licorice. The product is being provided in three forms: :

LICORICE SOLIDS (BLOCKS)

Solid licorice (blocks): 5 or 8 blocks of licorice are wrapped in polyethylene packed in cardboard boxes with a total weight of 25 kg. The content of glycyrrhizin is between 19 % - 24 %.

Licorice paste (semi-fluid): Its normal packaging comes in 80 kg cans (net weight of the product). However, it can as well be delivered in another packaging like a 1000-liter IBC container.
